Another area pharmacy has closed its doors. On Wednesday, the Frewsburg Pharmacy, located at 26 W. Main St., Frewsburg, closed its doors. The Post-Journal attempted to contact Greg Nelson, pharmacy owner, but was unsuccessful. In August, The Southside Pharmacy in the Southside Plaza along Foote Avenue closed its doors along with the Falconer Pharmacy in the village of Falconer. Salim Sarvaiya, owner of both pharmacies, said he closed the businesses because of the competition from the big chain drug stores and mail order prescription services. P-J photo by Dennis Phillips
