LAKEWOOD — Locally owned Premier Listings is celebrating its move to its new Lakewood location with a ribbon cutting later this month.

Premier Listings, 395 E. Fairmount Ave, Lakewood, is a residential real estate office, listing people’s property and offering it for sale through multiple listing services including Zillow and realtor.com. The company takes multiple pictures and a description of the house before listing it for sale.

“We market on a national level,” said Eric Anderson, sales lead of Premier Listings, “and we work with buyers and their agents as well. With the multiple listings service, if you’re a buyer looking for a home, you can call Premier Listings Real Estate, and we can set up a showing that’s listed with one of the franchise firms or other smaller firms in the area.”

Premier Listings moved to its East Fairmount Avenue location back in January for better visibility. Anderson said that the company wishes to keep the emphasis on being local.

“We have agents in Buffalo and Erie, Pa.,” Anderson said, “so we do have a wide span and large reach, but at the same time, we are a local based company. Most of our people go to the same schools, they go to the same churches as many of the clients that we work with.”

When Premier Listings first opened in 2016, there were only four people. Now there are 12 agents for the company.

With the new location, the company is hoping for its agents to reach any place in Chautauqua and Cattaraugus counties within 45 minutes. Anderson is also hoping to utilize the location’s spot right across the street from Davidson’s.

“Everybody (in Chautauqua) knows Davidson’s,” Anderson said. “So, it’s nice for people to be able to find us and for our agents to come here.”

Premier Listings is waiting for the end of the back to school rush before proceeding with a ribbon cutting. Anderson is also hoping for a big turnout for the eventual ribbon cutting. Once everything settles down, Anderson said, he’s hoping the company can get back to regular work.

Premier Listings doesn’t just work with residential properties, but also commercial and agricultural properties. The company also offers management to help with rental properties, as well as working with vacation properties.
