Lauren Beichner

FALCONER — Community Bank N.A. is pleased to announce the promotion of Lauren Beichner to branch manager of its Falconer location. She brings to the position nearly 10 years of experience in the financial industry.

In her new role, Beichner will oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring every customer receives the highest level of service. She will manage the effective delivery of the branch’s sales and service activities to ensure operational efficiency and integrity through adherence to policies and procedures.

Beichner has been with Community Bank N.A. since 2010. Throughout her tenure with the bank she has spent time in a variety of positions including head teller and customer service representative. Beichner most recently served as retail branch assistant in Community Bank’s Jamestown North Main Street location.

Beichner earned her bachelor’s degree in communication from University of Buffalo. Outside of the office, she serves as assistant volleyball coach at Jamestown Community College. Beichner resides in Cassadaga with her husband, Aaron, and their three sons.
