BEMUS POINT — Bridgeview One Stop has announced a new 10,000 gallon tank being installed along with a dual non-ethanol/diesel pump at their location on Main Street in Bemus at the on-ramp of Interstate 86. Business officials will be hosting a grand opening to provide their 90 octane non-ethanol fuel May 3-5.

The 90 octane unleaded gasoline blend is designed for use in recreational/marine engines, which can be damaged by the ethanol found in other gasoline blends.

“We are please to help promote tourism by providing quality fuel to the Chautauqua Lake community for all seasons.” stated the owner.

Non-ethanol is commonly used for the summer-season activities such as boating and jet-skiing while snowmobiles use them in winter.

Reid Petroleum partnering with Bridgeview One Stop currently provides diesel and Mobil gasoline, which they will continue to carry as well. Bridgeview has also served the community for 18 years with a delicatessen and pizzeria that is know for its homemade, hometown food as well as a liquor store and laundromat. The facility is run by Chip and Tammy Schack and their now grown daughters, Elise and Nicole.
