Financial services firm Edward Jones recently ranked No. 10 on Fortune magazine’s 100 Best Companies to Work list for 16. This was t he firm’s 17th appearance on the prestigious list, according to Frank Shultz of Jamestown.

In the Fortune survey of associates, for which the ranking is predominantly based, 94 percent of Edward Jones associates said they have pride in the work they do, and 95 percent of associates say that overall, Edward Jones is a great place to work.

Edward Jones’ 17 Fortune rankings also include top 10 finishes for 13 years, top five rankings for six years and consecutive No. 1 rankings in 2002 and 2003. Last year, the firm ranked No. 6 overall.

In addition to this most recent Fortune honor, Edward Jones was named a great place to work for women and for millennials by the Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine.
