During the third quarter 2015, Andreas Ekberg will start as chief financial officer at TitanX Engine Cooling AB.

He comes from Haldex AB, where he has held several senior management positions, including chief financial officer, business unit manager and division controller.

“Andreas brings significant experience in financial control and automotive operations to his new position. Moreover, he has been CFO for a public company, which will strengthen us in our IPO ambitions”, said Stefan Nordstrom, TitanX CEO.

During the third quarter, Andreas Ekberg will gradually assume his position at TitanX where he will replace the acting CFO Cedric Huslin, who also is heading TitanXtend, the new business area for aftermarket and gen-sets.

TitanX is a leading supplier of commercial vehicle engine cooling solutions and provide global service to OEMs of trucks, buses, off-highway equipment and industrial diesel engines. It owns a manufacturing plant in Jamestown.
