Sinclairville Library Open On Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day SINCLAIRVILLE - The Sinclairville Free Library will be open Monday when schools are closed in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The library will be open for regular hours from 2 to 7 p.m. and have Martin Luther King Jr. activities available for school aged children.
