Allen Park Bandshell Concert Is Today

The Allen Park Bandshell Concert Series continues at 7 p.m. today, June 24. In addition to music, the Allen Park Women’s Club will have its concession stand open featuring hot dogs, popcorn, treats and homemade fudge.

LAKEWOOD – The American Red Cross will host a blood drive from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. June 25 at the Chautauqua Mall, 318 E Fairmount Ave., Lakewood. All blood types are needed 1o ensure a reliable supply for patients. A blood donor card or driver’s license or two other forms of identification are required at check-in. Individuals who are 17 years of age in most states (16 with parental consent where allowed by state law), weigh at least 110 pounds and are in generally good health may be eligible to donate blood. High school students and other donors 16 years of age and younger also have to meet certain height and weight requirements.
