Cornell Cooperative Extension Board To Meet Nov. 24
The Cornell Cooperative Extension of Chautauqua County Board of Directors will meet today, Nov. 24, at 7 p.m. in the Carnahan Center at Jamestown Community College. The public is welcome to attend.
TEA Party Patriots To Gather Tuesday
The monthly gathering of the Southern Tier TEA Party Patriots will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 25, at 7 p.m. at 1309 Norby Road. It will feature a representative speaking on behalf of TPUSA, the organization started by Charlie Kirk.
TEA Party Seeks Youth Participants
Michelle Erdt, regional director of Club America, the high school arm of Turning Point USA, will be the featured speaker at the monthly meeting of the Southern Tier TEA (Totally Engaged American) Patriots on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at 1309 Norby Road. A chapter is being formed at Jamestown High School. Students of the newly formed club will have a table set up about their chapter.

Audubon Participating In Small Business Saturday Nov. 29
The Saturday after Thanksgiving is Small Business Saturday, an annual event encouraging folks to shop at local businesses on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The Audubon Community Nature Center and the Blue Heron Gift Shop are participating in Small Business Saturday on Nov. 29 and extending their specials to Sunday, Nov. 30. There will also be free admission, discounts throughout the gift shop, and a special gift with the purchase of a holiday gift membership to the Nature Center. Audubon will have a Toys for Tots box on-site until Friday, Dec. 19. Any visitors/families who donate one or more toys will receive a free admission pass in appreciation of their donation. Sinclairville Library Closed For Holiday
SINCLAIRVILLE – The Sinclairville library will be closed Wednesday, Nov. 26, through Saturday, Nov. 29, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. St. Luke’s Thrift Shop Open Friday, Saturday
St. Luke’s Thrift Shop, 409 Pine St., Jamestown, will be open Black Friday, Nov. 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Small Business Saturday, Nov. 29, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will feature medium and large vintage Buffalo Bills sweatshirts, Lucy memorabilia and new gift items. The shop is well stocked with winter apparel for everyone, and housewares including Christmas items. All proceeds are used for outreach in the local community. Normal business hours are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the first Saturday of the month from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Cash only is accepted.
