CHQ Professionals Group To Host Meet-Ups

The CHQ Professionals Group is inviting local professionals from across Chautauqua County to one of three upcoming coffee meet-up events. Pine Valley To Host Drive Your Tractor To School Day

SOUTH DAYTON – Area motorists are being reminded that Pine Valley Central School is hosting its annual Drive Your Tractor To School Day on Friday, June 6. Numerous students from the junior/senior high school will be on the road in celebration of the district’s 21st annual Drive Your Tractor to School Day. Students bringing their farm equipment to campus must arrive by 7:30 a.m. and will be back on the road starting at 2:50 p.m. for their after-school commute. The tradition, which also features a visit by various livestock in collaboration with the district’s Future Farmers of America club, began at Pine Valley in

2003. The only year Tractor Day wasn’t possible was in 2020 due to the pandemic.

FALCONER – The Falconer Village Board will meet at 6 p.m. Monday, June 9, in the Fire Exempts Hall, 3 Coleson Drive. The public is welcome to attend.

Christian Women’s Group To Gather June 10

The Jamestown-Warren Christian Women Village Missions Country Partners will meet for its June luncheon and program Tuesday, June 10, at noon at Praise Fellowship Church, Russell, Pa. The guest speaker will be Birdie Karlson of Panama, N.Y., and music will feature Judy Atwater of Russell, Pa. Karlson asked those attending to wear their favorite apron to go with her theme. Frewsburg To Host Five-Hour Pre-Licensing Course June 16

FREWSBURG – A five-hour pre-licensing driving course will be offered at Frewsburg High School on Monday, June 16, from 5 to 10 p.m. The cost is $30. Pre-register by emailing rhair@frewsburgcsd.org – include a picture of the student’s permit – or call 716-569-7026 between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. When calling, make sure to have the student’s permit on hand.
