Sinclairville Library To Offer Digital Assistance Today
SINCLAIRVILLE – The Sinclairville Free Library will be hosting “Walk-In Digital Assistance” today and April 10 from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Library staff will provide assistance with setup/use of Libby (ebooks and audiobooks), the library’s online card catalog, Ancestry Library edition and NOVELny database. The programs are provided using funding from the Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Library System Adult Literacy Mini Grant: Digital Skills 2024-25. No appointment is needed. Revolution To Meet Saturday
STOCKTON – The Chautauqua chapter of the Sons of the Revolution will meet Saturday at the Stockton Hotel at 12:30 p.m. Members and guests will receive updates on the Pomeroy Foundation Patriot Marker Program and the Lafayette 200 celebration in Fredonia.

Outdoor Club
To Hike Sunday
On Sunday members of the Allegheny Outdoor Club will hike the Gerard Trail in Titusville near Drakes Well Museum at the Jersey Bridge parking area. The group will meet at Musante Street, Warren, at 1:30 p.m. and then travel to the trail. The hike will be a moderate 4-5 mile loop. The group will start on the Gerard trail and finish on the bike trail. Jim and Kim Berky will be the hike leaders.

To Host Public
Hearing Monday
BEMUS POINT – The Bemus Point Central School Board of Education will conduct its next regular meeting on Monday in the cafeteria at Maple Grove Junior-Senior High School, 3980 Dutch Hollow Road, Bemus Point. The board is expected to enter into an executive session at 5:30 to discuss personnel. The regular meeting and public hearing to discuss the acquisition of school buses and associated equipment begins at 6 p.m. The public is welcome to attend.

Host STEAM Challenges
Monday
SINCLAIRVILLE – The Sinclairville Library will host its Family Night: STEAM Challenges on Monday from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Children can design and build a jelly bean tower and/or a small tabletop putt-putt hole. Parent/caregiver must stay with children attending. Activities are appropriate for children ages 6 and up. The library’s children’s room will be open for free play. All materials are provided. Registration is required.
