Boys, Girls Club Open During JPS Off-Day Friday

The Winifred Crawford Dibert Boys & Girls Club will be open for all youth on Friday for the day off from school in the Jamestown Public School District. Hours at the club for youth members are noon to 5 p.m. All program areas will be open and there will be lunch at noon and an afternoon snack. Free swim will be from 2 to 4:15 p.m. Youth members can attend at no charge while non-members/not fully paid members are $1 a day, which goes toward their annual membership cost. Adult hours are as usual on Friday with water aerobics classes at their regular times. The club will be closed Friday night. Youth swim lessons will be held as scheduled on Friday night. The Winifred Crawford Dibert Boys & Girls Club is a United Way partner agency.

Audubon To Host First Sunday Story Time

The Audubon Community Nature Center will host its First Sunday Story Time from 12:30 to 1 p.m. Sunday.

Doors open at 12:20 p.m., with story time taking place before the Audubon Community Nature Center opens its doors to the public. The program is free as is Sunday admission. Come for stories and stay to explore the indoor Nature Play Area, live animals, and exhibits. Participation is limited to 15. Reservations are requested by Saturday by calling the Nature Center during open hours at 716-569-2345 or visiting AudubonCNC.org and click through Programs and Events. Participation is limited to 15. Walk-ins are welcome if there is room.

Bemus Point School Board To Meet Monday

BEMUS POINT – The Bemus Point Central School Board of Education will meet Monday in the cafeteria at Bemus Point Elementary School, 41 Liberty St., Bemus Point. The meeting begins at 6 p.m. with an executive session expected to discuss negotiations and potential litigation. The public is welcome to attend.

Sherman School Board To Meet Monday

SHERMAN – The Sherman Central School Board of Education will meet at 5:30 p.m. Monday for its regular monthly meeting. The meeting will be held in-person in the school’s auditorium. Members of the public are encouraged to attend.

Sinclairville Library To Host ‘Time Out’

Program Monday

SINCLAIRVILLE – The Sinclairville Free Library invites families to a “Time Out” program at the library on Monday at 6 p.m. There will be supervised activities in the children’s room while parents meet in the community room for an informal time for conversation. Pizza will be provided to both groups so that parents have the night off from dinner duty.
