ILS Veterans Club To Host Chicken BBQ Sunday
The ILS Veterans Club will host its signature chicken barbecue Sunday and every Sunday throughout the remainder of the month. Located next to Arby’s on Fluvanna Avenue, the club will serve dinner starting at noon until sold out. Dinners will include a half chicken, applesauce and a roll. Sides include a choice of roasted potatoes, macaroni salad, or baked beans. The cost for a full dinner is $13; chicken only is $11. Proceeds support service programs sponsored by the Sons of AMVETs and the AMVETS Ladies Auxiliary.
Watts Flats UMC To Host Concert Sunday
WATTS FLATS – Joyce Igo and Steven Nichols will be performing a concert at Watts Flats United Methodist Church, 866 Blockville-Watts Flats Road, on Sunday at 6 p.m. A tureen dinner will be served at 5 p.m. with the concert to follow. The public is welcome to attend.
St. Luke’s To Host Parish
Picnic Sunday
St. Luke’s Episcopal Church will host its parish picnic Sunday at Camp Onyahsa on Chautauqua Lake, Route 430, Dewittville, across from Cadwell’s Cheese House, about 2.5 miles from Midway Park. Worship begins at 10:30 a.m. at the camp. There is no 10 a.m. service at the church Sunday. After the worship service, those attending will have a potluck lunch (hot dogs and hamburgers provided), followed by games and lake activities. Bring a dish to pass, along with table service: plates, plastic-ware, serving utensils and something other to grill, if desired. St. Luke’s will provide hot dogs, hamburgers and buns; ketchup, relish and mustard; lemonade and coffee; and extra plates, plastic utensils, and cups. Camp and lake activities will be available after lunch.

Host Childrens’
Activities June 3
SINCLAIRVILLE – The Sinclairville Free Library invites families to a “Time Out” program at the library on Monday, June 3, at 6 p.m. Children can take part in supervised activities in the children’s room while parents meet in the community room for an informal time to enjoy conversation. Pizza will be provided to both groups so that parents have this night off from dinner duty. South, Center Sewer District Board To Meet
The Administrative Board of the South & Center Chautauqua Lake Sewer Districts will meet at noon Thursday, June 6, in the Water Pollution Control Facility in Celoron. The public is welcome to attend.
