CVCS Board To Meet Tonight

Sherman Central School Board Meeting Mon., Mar. 18

SHERMAN – The Sherman Central School Board of Education will meet at 5:30 p.m. Monday, March 18. The meeting will be held in-person in the school’s auditorium. Members of the public are encouraged to attend.

Hazeltine Library Board To Meet March 19

BUSTI – The Hazeltine Public Library Board of Trustees is scheduled to meet Tuesday, March 19, at 5 p.m. Members of the public are welcome to attend. The library is located at 891 Busti-Sugar Grove Road. More details are available by calling the library at 716-487-1281.

City Planning Commission To Meet March 19

The Jamestown Planning Commission will meet at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 19, in the fourth floor police training room in City Hall. Items on the agenda include a discussion with Dan Heitzenrater, Chautauqua County Chamber of Commerce president and CEO, and a presentation on future plans for the former Oriental Star restaurant at 7 S. County Health Board Meets March 21

MAYVILLE — The Chautauqua County Board of Health will hold their quarterly meeting on Thursday, March 21 at 6 p.m. in the HRC Building, Fourth Floor Conference Room, 7 N. Erie St. in Mayville. Comments received from the public will be accepted as communications, and not read during privilege of the floor. Public comments at the meetings during the privilege of the floor must be made in person. Easter Egg Hunt To Be Held March 30

The city of Jamestown Parks, Recreation & Conservation Department announced that the 76th annual Easter Egg Hunt will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 30, at Allen Park’s upper playground area. The event is open to children 12 years of age and under. The Easter Bunny will be on-site, and hidden among the colorful eggs are special prize eggs waiting to be discovered.
