Lakewood To Host Soul Writing Workshop

The Lakewood Memorial Library will host a soul writing workshop Saturday. Soul writing is a process that uses guided meditation with question prompts that help you to get answers, solutions, and direction for one’s life. This writing process bi-passes analytical thinking. The group will not use proper grammar or check for punctuation. The process opens writers up to the inspiration and ideas that appear when people are not thinking and when they are in the creative dreaming part of the mind. These ideas become answers and when applied to one’s life, can help solve problems. To register, call 716-763-6234 or email programs@lakewoodlibrary.org.
