The Kiantone Fire Department Auxiliary will hold its Election Day dinner from 4:30-7 p.m. today by drive through or take-out only. Dinners include Swiss steak with mashed potatoes and gravy, salad, roll, vegetable and pie for $15. For reservations, call 716-664-5433.

To Hike Sunday
The Allegheny Outdoor Club will hike Sunday Rocky Gap. Take Pleasant Drive to Forest Road 437. Turn left and go 2.8 miles parking on the right by the big rock. Meet at 2 p.m. Jim and Kim Berkey are leading the hike and can be reached at 814-779-4109 for any questions.
Rotary Club To Hold Pancake Breakfast
The Falconer Rotary Club will hold a pancake breakfast from 7:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, at the Falcon’s Nest on East Main Street in Falconer. Tickets are $10 for adults and $4 children under 12 and are available from any club member or at the door. Proceeds will benefit the Blue Star Mother’s Lake Erie Chapter No. 4 annual Christmas package drive. The club will also be collecting monetary and material donations such as snacks, dried fruit, small toiletries, canned meats, jerky and hand-signed cards and letters that will be included in packages that will be sent to the service men and women.
Fluvanna Library To Hold Holiday Craft Bazaar

FLUVANNA – The Fluvanna Free Library will host its annual Holiday Craft Bazaar and Book Sale on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Fluvanna Fire Hall. The event will feature artisans displaying works from various mediums along with a book sale, Chinese auction, bake sale and a selection of lunch items. All proceeds benefit the Fluvanna Free Library. Veterans Day Dinner Planned In Russell
RUSSELL — On Saturday, Nov. 11, the sixth annual Veterans Day dinner will be held at the Russell Fire Hall. The event will host Warren County veterans and residing family members for a free dinner that will include turkey, mash potatoes, stuffing, corn, rolls, dessert and a beverage.
The Warren County Veterans Council is expecting to honor more than 400 active-duty military personnel, veterans, reservists, guard and family members at the event that is both a dinner and an opportunity for fellowship and to share stories amongst family and friends. Those who plan to attend should contact Delores Stec for reservations at 814-688-9104. Nashville Recording artist Ricky Lee will be performing later in the evening, an event that will be open to the public, with the show beginning at 7 p.m. Tickets for the show are $30 and are available to purchase at the following locations, Rusted Nutz Garage, VFW Clarendon, Am Vets Post 50 in Sugar Grove, Allegheny Valley Veterans Center, and Cutting Edge Graffix. All proceeds will go to the Warren County Veterans Emergency Fund.
