Road Closed Due To Drainage Pipe Replacement Starting July 24

Construction crews will be replacing a drainage pipe on Falconer-Frewsburg Road, County Road 317, Touring Route 55. The project will begin July 24 and should be finished July 26. The road will be closed and a detour posted. Drivers should plan on taking an alternate route.

Sewer Meeting Set For July 27

DAR Hosting Royal Tea

For Benefit On July 29

The Jamestown Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution is hosting a Royal Tea to benefit the continued restoration of the historical Partridge-Sheldon House located at 70 Prospect St., Jamestown. The Royal Tea will be held Saturday, July 29, at 1 p.m. at the Partridge-Sheldon House. Tickets are $20 per person. Club To Host Member-Guest Lunch

The Norden Women’s Club will host a member-guest luncheon on Tuesday, Aug. 8, at the Chautauqua Harbor Hotel; social hour begins at 6 p.m. and dinner is served at 6:30 p.m. Men are welcome to attend. The program will be given by Morgan Johnson on her Disney on Ice adventures in Scandinavia and around the globe. Scheduling For 60th Class Reunion

The Jamestown High School graduating class of 1963 is looking for missing class members. The class is having its 60th class reunion the weekend of September 9-10.
