Kabob Road Reopens

STOCKTON — Effective immediately, County Route 342, Kabob Road between Rt. 380 and Waterman Road in the Town of Stockton, is now open.

Mobile Pantry Truck To Park At Ashville Church

ASHVILLE — The Feed More of Western New York Mobile Pantry Truck from Falconer will be at the Ashville United Methodist Church today from 10 a.m. to noon and 3 to 5 p.m. The truck brings fresh produce and some staple items. To receive free food, only proof of address from the following ZIP codes is required: Ashville 14710, Bemus Point 14712, Celoron 14720, Lakewood 14750, Niobe 14758, Panama 14767, Stow 14785 and anyone who lives in the town of Busti. Face masks are optional. We have extra masks if you want one. The food is pre-boxed. A volunteer at the desk will sign recipients in and another one will take the person and box to their car. Gerry Memorial Day Parade Set

GERRY –The town of Gerry will hold a Memorial Day parade at 2 pm. Sunday with a service to follow at the Gerry Cemetery. The public is welcome to attend.

Thule Lodge To Hold Memorial Service On Thursday

FALCONER –The Thule Lodge, which is the Swedish organization in the Jamestown area, will hold a Memorial Service Thursday at the Falcon’s Nest in Falconer at 7 p.m. Those members who passed away in the last year will be remembered. All members are encouraged to attend to take part in the remembrance service, and greet family members and friends. Refreshments will be served following the service.

Infinity Spring Showcase Is June 3

The Infinity Visual and Performing Arts Center’s annual spring showcase, sponsored by Merrill Lynch of Jamestown, will be held at 7 p.m. June 3 in the Jamestown High School auditorium.

Infinity students have been preparing for this culminating event since October, with opportunities to perfect their skills at the Infinity Arts Cafe and in the greater community. Admission for adults is $10 ($8 presale) and children under 18 get in for free. Purchase tickets in advance at the Infinity Center or online at www.infinityperformingarts.org/shop. Tickets will be available the night of the showcase. Infinity Art Students will also be showcasing their skills at the showcase with a special grand opening of the Pearl City Clay House gallery space at 220 East Second St. from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. June 2. The art show will be open for viewing throughout the month of June.

Tickets to win one of two gift baskets filled with gift certificates to local businesses and restaurants are four for $10 and can be purchased at the Infinity Center, online, or at the event.”This event is a celebration of youth empowerment, talent, and the mentorship bond between our students and their instructors,” said Shane Hawkins, Inifnity executive director. “It is one of our favorite Infinity events each year. Thank you to everyone who comes out to support the kids’ and instructors’ hard work.”
