Pasta Dinner Fundraiser Is Today

Impact, a faith-based club that meets in 36 schools throughout southwestern New York, is holding a pasta dinner fundraiser from 5-7 p.m. today in the fellowship hall at Hillcrest Church, 40 Hallock St. The pasta dinner includes rigatoni, Italian bread, salad, beverage and dessert. Sewer Line Repair To Close Part Of City Street

The Jamestown Board of Public Utilities will close portions of Buffalo Street today to facilitate sewer line repair in the city. Traffic will be closed on Buffalo Street between Falconer and Haywood. Buffalo Street will also be closed to large trucks between Falconer and Lakeview.

Volunteer Fire Company To Host Chicken BBQ

SINCLAIRVILLE — The Sinclairville Volunteer Fire Company will be hosting their third chicken barbecue of the year on Sunday beginning at noon and running until sold out. Dine in or carry out. A full dinner is $15 and includes a half-chicken, scalloped potatoes, roll, fruit cup, pickles and cookie. Beverages are available. A half-chicken only is available for $8. There is plenty of parking available behind the fire hall.

Identity Theft Seminar To Be Held At Tree Of Life Lutheran Church

On Monday, Tree of Life Lutheran Church, 825 Forest Ave., Jamestown, will have an identity theft seminar at 10 a.m. in Anderson Hall, presented by M&T Bank, Lakewood. Each attendee will leave with the knowledge of how to protect themselves from identity theft and what to do in the case that identity theft does occur. This will last 45 minutes to an hour and is open to the public.
