Blood Drive Set For Wednesday

Community Blood Bank is hosting a blood drive Wednesday from noon-4 p.m. at Lutheran Social Services, 715 Falconer St., Jamestown. All the blood collected with the Community Blood Bank goes back into the local community. “Blood donations are important year-round,” said Jaclyn Seymour, community relations specialist for the Community Blood Bank. “We are currently in need of more Type O blood donations. However, we are encouraging all donors to come give blood. You never know when an accident or illness may occur.
