Operations Officer Set To Retire

The Chautauqua Region Community Foundation has announced the retirement of chief operating officer, June Diethrick, effective June 14. For over 25 years, Diethrick has been an important of the foundation, starting as a volunteer, then in the hired positions of grants coordinator, executive administrator and operations officer. Marco Polo Club To Host Dinner

The Marco Polo Club, 1027 E. Second St., Jamestown, will host a spaghetti dinner Saturday from 4-7 p.m. The cost is $9 for adults and $5 for children.

Ross Grange To Meet Monday

Ross Grange will meet Monday at the Falcon’s Nest Banquet Hall. A tureen dinner will be shared at 6 p.m., followed by the meeting. The annual Memorial program will be held remembering Ross members who have passed away in the last year. Those attending should bring a dish to share. Beverages and table service will be furnished.

Bemus School Board Meeting Set

BEMUS POINT — The Bemus Point School Board will meet Monday at 5:30 p.m. in the Maple Grove Middle-High School, Dutch Hollow Road, Bemus Point. An executive session will be held prior to the meeting. The public is welcome to attend.

Board Committees To Meet Tuesday

Three Jamestown Community College board committees will meet on Tuesday, June 11. The Educational Services Committee will meet at 3 p.m.; the Finance and Audit Committee will meet at 4 p.m.; and the Human Resources Committee will meet at 5 p.m. All meetings will be held in the Hamilton Collegiate Center boardroom on the Jamestown Campus with videoconferencing to the boardrooms on the Cattaraugus County Campus and North County Extension Center. The public is welcome to attend.

Region Quilt Guild Sets Meeting

BUSTI — The Chautauqua Region Quilt Guild will meet on Wednesday, June 12, at 6:45 p.m. at the Busti Federated Church. The program will be sewing machine maintenance presented by Rick Maas from Super Stitch. The public is welcome and refreshments will be served.

Ethics Board To Meet Wednesday

MAYVILLE — The Chautauqua County Ethics Board will meet at 4 p.m. Wednesday, June 12, in Room 331 of the Gerace Office Building, 3 N. Erie St., Mayville. Annual Rummage Sale Set June 14

ASHVILLE — Watts Flats United Methodist Church, 866 Blockville-Watts Flats Road, Ashville, will hold its annual rummage sale June 14-15 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Lunches for purchase will be available.
