JPS Releases Principal Survey

Jamestown Public Schools is looking for the community’s input on its new Jamestown High School principal by completing a short survey. The survey will be used to screen applicants for the high school principal position as well as shape interview questions. The community can find the survey at surveymonkey.com/r/jhs_principal. “We greatly value our community’s input in our district,” said JPS Superintendent Bret Apthorpe. “As we need current JHS Principal Mike McElrath’s unique and valuable set of skills to lead the new JPS Success Academy in the fall, we are looking for a new Jamestown High School principal. We would love to have our community’s input as to who would be a good fit. In addition to the community, I am also talking with JHS students, staff and parents to gather their input for this important position in our district.”
