JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Joshua Becker, no age or address listed, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated family offense. Officers responded at 9:39 p.m. Monday to the south side of the city for a reported domestic incident. It was found that there was a valid stay away order of protection between Becker and another person. Becker was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.

¯ Leonard G. Wilson, no age or address listed, was charged with aggravated criminal contempt, second-degree criminal contempt, third-degree assault and aggravated family offense. Officers responded at 3 p.m. Monday to the city’s west side for a reported domestic dispute. It was learned there was a valid stay away order of protection and that Wilson allegedly struck another person multiple times in the head with a closed fist. Wilson was transported to jail and held for arraignment.

¯ Jesus E. Rodriguez, 23, of Lakewood, was charged with second-degree harassment. Rodriguez allegedly struck another person in the face during an argument. Rodriguez was processed and is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.
