The bride is the daughter of William DeGolier Sr. and Tammy DeGolier and the big sister of William DeGolier Jr., all from Frewsburg.

The groom is the son of Kandi Hiller of Frewsburg and Gerald Phillips and Anna Phillips of Warren. He is also the grandson of Fern Hiller and the older brother of Carson Phillips of Frewsburg.

The maid of honor was Destinie Cappadonia of North Carolina and the best man was Carson Phillips of Frewsburg. The bridesmaids was Haley Seeley and Avonlea Walter, both of Frewsburg. The groomsmen was Jeremiah Walter of Frewsburg and Caleb Hiller of Frediona. The Phillipses both attend church at Wheeler Hill and attended school together since they was 6 years old.

The bride is employed at the Frewsburg Rest home as a dietary cook and server. The groom works for Trust Home Care taking care of his cousin.
