Jennifer Ann Deis and Christopher William Wadsworth from Batavia, Ohio, were married on May 28, 2022 at Cooper Creek Event Center in Blue Ash, Ohio, with Rachel Hudson officiating the ceremony. Readers were Suzy Bowles, sister of the bride and Hilary Wadsworth, sister of the groom.

The bride is the daughter of John and Debbie Deis of Dayton, Ohio and the granddaughter of Lawrence Sercu. Jen is also the granddaughter of the late Sally Sercu, Marie Deis, and Alfred Deis all of Dayton, Ohio

The groom is the son of William and Daryl Wadsworth of Randolph and the grandson of David Wadsworth of Frewsburg. Christopher is also the grandson of the late Linda Wadsworth and Donald and Clarice Beaver all from Randolph.

Matron of Honor was Suzy Bowles, sister of the bride. Maid of Honor was Colleen Richards friend of the Bride. Bridesmaids were Hilary Wadsworth, sister of the groom and Emily Shaw, Jessica Vrba, Haley Luedeke, friends of the bride.

Best Man was Nick Cubilete, friend of the groom. Groomsman were Brady Morrison and Blake Morrison, cousins of the groom and Kyle Luce, Josh Murphy, and Brandon Daniele, friends of the groom.

Jen is a graduate of Ohio University and is an area general manager for Goldfish Swim Schools located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Christopher is a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Fla., and is a first officer for Delta Airlines based out of Atlanta, Ga.

The couple spent their honeymoon in St. Lucia and will be residing in Batavia, Ohio.
