MR. AND MRS. BRIAN SWAN

Billie Jo Tarbell and Brian Swan exchanged wedding vows on Sept. 7, 2019, at the Tarbell Farm in Sinclairville, N.Y. John Potter performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Roberta Tarbell and the late Nevon Tarbell. Her husband is the son of Everett and Joan Swan of Dewittville.

Tonya Deland, was maid of honor. Bridesmaid was Hannah McChesney, daughter of the bride.

Best man was Craig Swan, brother of the groom.

They honeymooned in the Smoky Mountains.
