Rinaldo — Simko
Kali Nicole Simko and Brett Lawrence Rinaldo exchanged wedding vows on Oct. 7, 2017, at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, Jamestown, N.Y. The Rev. Luke Fodor performed the ceremony. Music was provided by Andrew Schmidt, organists.
The bride is the daughter of Terry and Lisa Anderson of Lakewood, N.Y., and John Simko of Jamestown, N.Y. She is the granddaughter of Gene Simko of Jamestown, N.Y., and the late Marilyn Simko and the late Harry and Joyce Benezra. Her husband is the son of Steven Rinaldo of Grand Junction, Colo., and Linda Rinaldo of Jamestown, N.Y., and the grandson of Komo Tane of Lakewood, N.Y., the late Barbara Orr D’Angelo and the Lawrence and Dorisann Rinaldo.
The bride wore a Madeline Gardner Ballgown with a frosted, embroidered lace bodice accented with crystal beaded straps and waistband. Dreamy layers of flounced organza trimmed with horsehair.
Lanni Simko, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Williams, Kristin Anderson, Caidence Anderson and Miranda Dickinson. Flower girl was Kynzie Nichols, niece of the bride.
Best man was Jim Fertall. Groomsmen were Donald Abramson, Stephen Ford, Evan Acklin and Blake Tarana. Ring bearer was Robbie Williams.
Master and mistress of ceremonie were David and Sylvia Emerling.
The bride is a graduate of Southwestern Central High School and the State University at Fredonia, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in inclusive childhood education and a master’s degree in TESOL. She is employed by Jamestown Public Schools as a 7/8 ESL teacher. Her husband is a graduate of Southwestern Central High School and Jamestown Community College. He is employed by Gaughn’s Drug Store as a project manager.
They are living in Lakewood, N.Y.
