Victoria Kathryn Newman and David Allen Hall Jr. exchanged wedding vows on April 9, 2017, at Lake Wheeler Park in Raleigh, N.C. Dr. Randy Bridges, pastor of Rolesville Baptist Church in Rolesville, N.C., performed the ceremony. The bride was escorted by her father, Kevin Newman.

The bride is the daughter of Faith and Todd Swartz of Ellery, N.Y., and Kevin and Susan Newman of Bemus, N.Y., and the granddaughter of Judy and Terry Newman of Jamestown, N.Y., Kathy and Wayne Carroll of Jamestown, N.Y., Kathy and Ron Manhart of Lakewood, N.Y., and Lee Spilker of Strongsville, Ohio. She is also the great-granddaughter of Carm Cirinicione of Jamestown, N.Y., and the late Vincent Cirinicione and Ellen Newman of Greenhurst, N.Y., and the late George Newman. Her husband is the son of David and Nancy Hall of Zebulon, N.C.

The bride is a 2011 graduate of Maple Grove Jr. Sr. High School and a 2014 graduate of Campbell University where she earned a bachelor of science degree in mathematics. She is employed as a gaming reporting and analysis specialist at the North Carolina Education Lottery in Raleigh, N.C. Her husband is employed as a driver for the mobile storage unit company Packrat.

Mackenzie Sheldon was maid of honor. Best man was Andrew Currin.

They honeymooned in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

They are living in Cary, N.C.
