Dr. Megan Elizabeth Tomassini and Adam Christopher McKinley exchanged wedding vows on Sept. 17, 2016, at Christ First United Methodist Church, in Jamestown, N.Y. The Rev. Natalie Hanson performed the ceremony. Music was provided by Ron McEntire. Readers were Aaron Tomassini, cousin of the bride, Dr. Elizabeth Pask, and Bradley and Rebecca VanRiper. The bride was escorted by Dr. Scott A. Walter, cousin of the bride.

The bride is the daughter of Claire Tomassini of Jamestown, N.Y., and the late Raymond Tomassini, and the granddaughter of Robert G. Ortendahl of Greenhurst, N.Y., Norma Ortendahl of Jamestown, N.Y., and the late Jeff and Mary Tomassini. Her husband is the son of Christopher and Deanna McKinley of Kennedy, N.Y., and the grandson of Richard Sholl Sr. of Kennedy, N.Y., Norma McKinley of Falconer, N.Y., the late Gwendolyn Sholl, and the late William P. McKinley Jr.

Lauren Jacobs, cousin of the bride, was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Katie Clark, Dr. Margaret Sommer, Gillian LaMancuso, Sarah Myers, Amanda Chitester, sister of the groom and Andrea Marsh, sister of the groom. Flower girls were Zoe Chitester, Finley Chitester, Hattie Chitester, Harper Marsh and Eloise Marsh, all nieces of the groom.

Best man was Scott Forster. Groomsmen were Aaron VanRiper, Matthew Fuller, cousin of the groom, Justin Conti, Matthew Tomassini, brother of the bride, Michael Chitester, brother-in-law of the groom and Jordan Marsh brother-in-law of the groom. Ring bearer was Jackson Marsh, nephew of the groom.

Master and mistresses of service were David and Nita Walter, aunt and uncle of the bride were the master and mistress of ceremonies.

The bride is a graduate of Daemen College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in natural sciences and a doctorate in physical therapy. She is employed by the Dunkirk Public School District as a physical therapist. Her husband is a graduate of the State University of Fredonia, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in science.
