The War For Minds And Souls Of Americans

I pointed out last week that there is a real war being fought on American soil for the minds and souls of Americans, and because the main stream press appears to favor a more progressive agenda, I will periodically offer news that you should know about.

An informed populace is imperative when deciding which direction it’s country should take.

¯ Years after Common Core made its debut in many state education systems, the disastrous long-term results of the program are finally being seen. The revelation came as part of the Department of Education’s 2019 National Assessment of Educational Progress report. “Every American family needs to open The Nation’s Report Card this year and think about what it means for their child and for our country’s future,” Education Secretary Betsy DeVos said in a media release. “The results are, frankly, devastating.”

¯ Citizens of Hong Kong, Iraq, Lebanon, Chile, Bolivia, and France are fighting for the very thing our Millennials in the United States are willing to forfeit: freedom. Protesters in Hong Kong last week were paralyzing the city and deaths have been reported. Citizens worldwide are fighting globalism, communism and elite dominance and control over populations.

¯ The Horowitz report hangs heavy over political circles in the U.S. The report is likely to be released before Christmas and has turned into a criminal investigation. Horowitz is an Inspector General of the Department of Justice investigating wrongdoing within government agencies during the 2016 campaign. Senator Lyndsey Graham was quoted as saying, “I think his report is going to be stunning. I think it is going to be damning. I think it’s going to prove that the system got off the rails and we need corrective action.”

¯ Huawei Technologies, which is one of the world’s largest 5G equipment and smartphone makers, announced Tuesday that employees will receive bonuses for helping to resist Trump. The Trump administration has labeled Huawei a national security threat, accusing it of allowing the Chinese government to use backdoors to spy on customers. The company has deep ties to the Chinese government and has been accused of having a singular goal: undermine foreign competition by stealing trade secrets and intellectual property. A Wall Street Journal investigation found that Huawei employees helped governments in Uganda and Zambia spy on political opponents.

¯ The Trump administration is considering making foreign aid decisions based on how countries treat religious minorities. In 2019 alone, more than 4,000 Christians have been killed and 1,800 churches destroyed world wide.

¯With virtually no chance Senate Republicans will vote to remove President Trump from office, House Democrats’ drive for impeachment is more likely aimed at creating a deluge of negative daily headlines hoping to cripple Trump going into next year’s election, according to many political pundits. According to the Media Research Center, following the beginning of the impeachment inquiry in September, media coverage has been more hostile than normal: Out of 684 comments included in television broadcasts, a whopping 96 percent have been negative.

¯Lawyers, medical professionals and tech experts lash out at Google and call for reform of privacy laws after it was revealed the tech giant has been secretly acquiring medical data. Names, dates of birth, and hospital records of millions of patients were collected.

¯An uproar as a children’s elementary school in Tennessee distributed a flyer to children as young as second grade advertising free birth control and pre-pregnancy services as well as free implants, pills, condoms and more.

¯A conservative watchdog group is suing Kentucky over its alleged failure to maintain accurate voter registration lists, claiming 48 counties in the state have more registered voters than citizens over the voting age of 18.

¯Bloomberg reports the latest Fed data: “One-percenters” now hold almost as much wealth as the middle and upper-middle classes combined.

¯The CDC has just published a seismic study linking spontaneous abortions in women to flu vaccines. The study reviewed data for the 2010-11 and 2011-12 flu seasons. Women vaccinated with the inactivated influenza vaccine (IIV) in the 2010-2011 season were 3.7 times more likely to experience a spontaneous abortion within 28 days than women not receiving the vaccine.

¯The newly-elected Virginia Democrat senator had been jailed for having sex with a teenager. In 2014, Joe Morrissey, then a 57-year-old delegate to the Virginia General Assembly, plead guilty to a misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Recently, he won his election to the Virginia Senate with more than 60 percent of the vote.
