To The Reader’s Forum:

During the presidential election campaign Donald Trump was asked several times what he would do if he lost the contest. His answers were that in some instances he would contest the results if fraud, miscounts, or other dishonest acts seemed to have robbed him of a victory. The national liberal juggernaut, including the mainstream news media, feigned shock and horror and claimed such resistance would undermine the most basic and sacred core of American democracy.

To call election fraud common would be an understatement. It has even altered the results of presidential races in the past, including in modern times. The people in the media know this as do the rest of us. Losing Democratic candidates have contested close results both when fraud was suspected and when it was not. When Democrats are the losers, these challenges, in the view of the news media, are the basic and sacred core of American democracy. Quite a contrast.

The day following the election that Trump won unequivocally, there were protests staged in cities around the country. These were organized by MoveOn.org, the radical organization funded by George Soros. The media reported the protests, but I saw no mention of MoveOn.org Apparently we are supposed to believe the demonstrations were spontaneous. I know MoveOn.org contrived them because I got one of their emails, at 1:14 p.m. specifically, asking if I could organize one in Jamestown.
