STOW — The North Hannony Senior Citizens met Monday, Nov. 18 with approximately 55 members in attendance. Two new members are Dennis and Sandra Cornell. The meeting was brought to order by President, Earl Ferry and by prayer and pledge to the flag. A dinner was enjoyed with the birthday cake being for Bev Darling.

Glen and Mary Pratt celebrated their anniversary in November.

Barb Cheney read the minutes from the October meeting. Reports were heard from each committee and were approved.

Prospective new officers for the coming year are: Joanne Harper, President, Will Ortman, First President, Hal Wiggers, Second President, Barb Cheney, Secretary, Penny Rossey, Assistant Secretary and Anita Ferry, Treasurer.

The program for the evening was brought by Stephen and Lynn from Brookdale Retirement Community, 220 Southwestern Drive, Lakewood. They presented much information on the levels of care, events, costs and the many amenities offered.

The meeting was closed with prayer by Gordon Soulsgiver. The next meeting will be today at the Stow Senior Center.
