Aging Mastery Program For Older Adults Coming To Mayville

The Aging Mastery Program is a program for older adults aged 50 to 100 who want to make the most of the gift of living.

This program encourages mastery by developing behaviors that will lead to improved health and overall well-being. The program is being offered at the Mayville United Methodist Church, 81 S. Erie St, Mayville, on Wednesdays from Aug. 29 to Sept. 26 from 1-3 p.m.

The program is held once a week for five weeks and covers topics such as financial health, healthy relationships, healthy eating, fitness and more. The Aging Mastery Program is provided by the National Council on Aging, New York Office for the Aging, Population Health Collaborative, the Health Foundation of Western New York and the Chautauqua County Office for the Aging.
