A representative from the Fenton Historical Society will speak about genealogy at the Wednesday meeting of the town of Poland Seniors. This will be a pot luck at noon at the Kennedy fire hall.

Those attending should bring a dish to pass, their own table service, a non-perishable item for the Kennedy food pantry and an item for the auction. Guests are always welcome. The hosting committee will be Carolyn Widmark and Bonnie Piazza.

The May meeting was May 17 with 27 in attendance. Hosting were Walt and Julie Heilman and Bob and Sally Canniff. Canniff gave table grace, called the meeting to order, and led in the flag salute.

A fund raiser was held. The secretary and treasurer’s reports were accepted as read. Our July meeting will feature a chicken barbecue by 3 C’S Catering. The cost will be $11 for members and $13 for non-members.
