JPS Offers Parents Help With Childcare And Meals

JPS understands the stress and anxiety families are feeling during this time. We are here to help you with childcare and school meals. If JPS working parents need help with childcare for students in grades UPK to 6, please contact 483-7121 or visit www.jpsny.org/childcareinfo for more information.

Beginning Tuesday, Sept. 8, Jamestown Public Schools will provide grab and go breakfast and lunches for all students, whether attending in-person or remotely. Meals will be sent home with students who are in-person learning. 

Meals for students attending remotely or by distance learning will be provided at their school of enrollment.

Here are the meal pickup times:

¯ Elementary students from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

¯ Middle school students from 11:00 a.m.-12 p.m. 

¯ JHS students from 12:30 p.m. -1:30 p.m. 

If students attend in-person for the full day, they will be provided with lunch during the day and a bagged breakfast to be eaten at home prior to arrival at school the next day.
