Albert James and Arlene Kennedy of Jamestown, N.Y., announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Hazel Kennedy, to Quinton Ray Clark Sr., the son of Anne and Tolbert Clark of Robeson County, North Carolina.

Miss Kennedy is a graduate of Maple Grove High School and is a stay-at-home mom of two children. Her fiance is a graduate of Purnell Sweet High School and is employed by Legacy Drywalling Company.

A Sept. 17, 2022, wedding is planned.
