Larry and Debbie Stevens of Busti announce the engagement of their daughter, Cali Jean Stevens, to Richard Tyler Lowe, the son of Richard and Diane Lowe of Lottsville, Pa.

Miss Stevens is a 2005 graduate of Southwestern High School and a 2008 graduate Jamestown Community College. She is employed by Spectrum Eyecare as a contact lens technician. Her fiance is a 2007 graduate of Eisenhower High School and a 2009 Jamestown Community College. He is employed by Corry Manufacturing Company as a welding supervisor.

A spring 2022 wedding is planned.
