Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Blume announce the engagement of their son, Keith, to Hannah Waterman, daughter of Mark Waterman and Susan Agre-KIppenhan, and Mike Kippenhan. They are planning a September wedding outside of Portland, Oregon.
