Tracy TeCulver and Daphne Carris of Sherman/Mina announce the engagement of their daughter, Taryn Rose, to Joseph Michael Frangione, the son of Todd and Pam Frangione of Jamestown.

Miss TeCulver is a graduate of Sherman Central School and Mercyhurst University. She is employed by UPMC Chautauqua as a registered nurse. Her fiance is a graduate of Jamestown High School and Buffalo State College. He is employed by Cummins, Jamestown Engine Plant.
