HILARY ANNE KURTZ DR. RANDOLPH SCOTT ELF

Margaret Chrystal Elf of West Ellicott announces the engagement of Hilary Anne Kurtz and Dr. Randolph Scott Elf.

Miss Kurtz is the daughter of late Deborah Ann Austin Kurtz and Joseph Cornelius Kurtz IV. Her fiance is the son of the late Dr. Frederick M. Elf.

Miss Kurtz is a graduate of Marymount High School, Trinity College, and American University. Her fiance is a graduate of Southwestern Central School, Duke University, and Syracuse University. They are both self-employed.

A Dec. 28, 2019 wedding is planned at First Lutheran Churchin Jamestown, N.Y.
