ASHLEY CALLA MATTHEW BOWMAN

Ashley Calla and Matthew Bowman together with their families announce their engagement. Miss Calla is the daughter of Richard and Roseanne Calla of Jamestown, N.Y. Her fiance is the son of Thomas and Crystal Bowman of Horsehead, N.Y.

Miss Calla is a graduate of Jamestown High School, Jamestown Community College, the State University at Fredonia and Edinboro University, where she earned a master’s degree in childhood education and reading. She is employed by Jamestown Public Schools as a first grade teacher at M.J. Fletcher Elementary School. Her fiance is a graduate of Horsehead High School, Corning Community College and the State University at Fredonia. He is employed by Weaver Materials in Falconer, N.Y., as a logistics and warehouse manager and is also a salesman for NACO Express.

An Aug. 17, 2019 wedding is planned.
