KELSEY ANN KYSER JOHN GRIFFIN MORGANTE

Scott and Sheila Kyser of Westfield, N.Y., announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelsey Anne, to John Griffin Morgante, son of Peter and Maura Morgante of Jamestown, N.Y.

Miss Kyser is a graduate of Westfield High School, Jamestown Community College and the State University at Fredonia, with a degree in communications, and a concentration in public relations. She is a manager for Tim Hortons in Harbor Creek, Pa. Her fiance is a graduate of Randolph High School and the State University at Fredonia, with a degree in accounting, and has since earned his CPA. He is employed by the accounting firm of Gorzynski, Uglow and Farrell in North East, Pa.

An Aug. 31, 2019 wedding is planned.
