BILLIE JO TARBELL BRIAN SWAN

Roberta Tarbell of Sinclairville, N.Y., announces the engagement of her daughter, Billie Jo, to Brian Swan, the son of Everett and Joan Swan of Dewittville, N.Y. Miss Tarbell is also the daughter of the late Nevon Tarbell.

Miss Tarbell is a 1992 graduate of Cassadaga Valley Central School and Jamestown Business College. She is employed as the superintendent secretary for Bemus Point Schools. Her fiance is a 1989 graduate of Cassadaga Valley Central School, and is employed in the construction field with H&K Services of Leon, N.Y.

A late summer 2019 wedding is planned.
