MADISON DAWN KUBINSKI NICHOLAS ROBERT CONGDON

Matthew and Pamela Kubinski of West Ellicott announce the engagement of their daughter, Madison Dawn, to Nicholas Robert Congdon, the son of Duke and Michelle Congdon of Dunkirk.

Miss Kubinski is a 2014 graduate of Southwestern Central School and is employed at Southern Chautauqua Federal Credit Union. Her fiance is a 2011 graduate of Dunkirk Central School and is a 2013 graduate of Alfred State College. He is a co-owner of Congdon Brothers Construction.

A Sept. 29, 2018 wedding is planned.
