Sharon Gullotti-Tefft of Jamestown, N.Y., and Stewart Tefft of Westfield, N.Y., announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachel, to Andrew Mattison, the son of Gregory and Kathryn Mattison of Lakewood, N.Y.

Miss Tefft is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is employed as a case planner for Gateway-Longview in Buffalo, N.Y. Her fiance is a graduate of Fredonia State and is an accountant for Big Ditch Brewing Company in Buffalo, N.Y.

A Spring 2019 wedding is planned in Mexico and Buffalo, N.Y.
