Donald and Deborah Smith of Ashville, N.Y., announce the engagement of their daughter, Donna Patricia, to Darrell Franklin Norrod, the son of Patrick and Susan Norrod of Frewsburg, N.Y.

Miss Smith is a 2003 graduate of Chautauqua Lake Central School. She is employed by Aspire of WNY. Her fiance is a 2003 graduate of Frewsburg Central School. He is employed by JR Kays Trucking and Suit-Kote.
