Paul and JoAnn Hoefler announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelsey Martine, to Christopher Michael Mattison, the son of Greg and Kathy Mattison.

Miss Hoefler is a 2007 graduate from Jamestown High School, and is employed as a paramedic with Alstar Ambulance Service. Her fiance is a 2004 graduate from Southwestern High School, and is employed as a RN nurse manager with Heritage Ministries.

A Sept. 15, 2018, wedding is planned in Gerry, N.Y.
