Judy Lockett and Craig Harvey, together with their families, announce their engagement.

Miss Lockett is the daughter of Rosemary and Thaddeus Lockett of Dunkirk, N.Y. Her fiance is the son of William and Nancy Harvey of Jamestown, N.Y.

Miss Lockett is a graduate of Dunkirk High School. She is employed by the Dunkirk City School District as the administrative assistant in the counseling office at Dunkirk Middle School. Her fiance is a graduate of Jamestown High School and earned an associate’s degree from Jamestown Community College. He is employed as a news editor for the Dunkirk OBSERVER.
