Shannon Rockwell Gerald Masten

Shannon Rockwell and Gerald Masten announce their engagement.

Miss Rockwell is the daughter of Kenneth and Ann See of Jamestown, N.Y. Her fiance is the son of Karina Warren of Falconer, N.Y.

Miss Rockwell is a graduate of Jamestown High School and Medaille College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Her fiance is a graduate of Beall High School in Frostburg, Md., and Colorado Technical University with a bachelors degree in business administration/human resources. They are both employed by Heritage Ministries.

An Aug. 19, 2017, wedding is planned.
