Patti Dechow of Cattaraugus, N.Y., and Roger and Natividad Studd of Salamanca, N.Y., announce the engagement of their children, Taurie L. Dechow and Roger W. Studd.
Miss Dechow is a 2009 graduate of Randolph Central School and a 2012 graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She is employed by the Seneca Nation of Indians at the Seneca Arts and Learning Center. Her fiance is a 2006 graduate of Salamanca City Central School and a 2010 graduate of St. John Fisher University. He received his doctor of optometry at MCPHS University where he was the salutatorian of the class of 2017. He is currently pursuing a residency in Indian Health Services in Crownpoint, N.M.
A June 17, 2017 wedding is planned in Randolph, N.Y.
